And I think it was a great way for the reader to get to know about Roald's intresting childhood. And I got a chance to relize that he had a WILD childhood!! I had a few questions about the book that I was reading. Why would they put the rat in the jar without thinking if he was going to get in alot of trouble? another question is when he got home did he get in trouble for getting caned so many times? Do you think he would have had to wear a uniform at the other school? I also have a few connections. T-S I had a mouse as a pet before. Another one is T-S love candy just lie Roald did.
