Danny’s father never gave up feeding his family. he can’t go out and buy pheasants because he doesn’t have a lot of money. That’s why the reader really isn’t mad at Danny’s father.  :)  :)

    your right dannys father is poor he cant buy phesants he lives by a filling station and lives in a caravan.i agree with you 1000% :) :) :P :P
