The theme that I found in Danny the Champion of the World was “Never Give Up”. It is similar to the BFG because the BFG and Sophie never gave up trying to stop the giants from eating children and Danny never gave up trying to complete his plan. I can connect to it in my life because one time in the olympics I thought something was to0 hard but I never gave up trying and I learned if you never give up you can achieve anything!

I think Never give up is the theme also. I love your connection. It’s not good to give up. I connect to that when I was in band. I always wanted to give up but I kept on trying.
