Chapter 5 Discussion

As you have read, have you been able to make any connections to the novel?

A text-to-self (T/S) connection is connecting the text to yourself and things that have happened to you.

A text-to-text (T/T) connection is connecting the text to something else that you have read.

A text-to-world (T/W) connection is connecting the text to something you have learned or understand.

Try to share a connection and identify which of the above it is. Also include any comments or predictions you may have! Keep up the great work!

I liked chapter five because Jake felt bad for link because he was going to get introuble by the teacher. So he stood up for him so he wont get in trouble. And I thought that was nice.
