Skinny-  Who did Emerson , Miss Eells, and Anthony meet in the other world when they first got there?

Thick- What do you think is going to happen to Anthony because it ends the chapter with Anthony being alone?

Thoughts- I think the Grand Autarch is going to find him because he might know that the three of them are in his world.

T/W    Sometimes, when I’m in a scary place, like a “haunted house”, I can recognize a person who is not meant to be scary, like Emerson, Miss Eells, and Anthony do with Nathaniel. It helps me better understand the book because I know that the trio instantly knows that Nathaniel is the only benevolent person in the mansion.

T/S    When I am really (and I mean REALLY) scared, I tend to go in the opposite direction of the group if I’m in one, just like Anthony does when Nathaniel vanishes into the hole. This connection helps me understand the book because I know that Anthony is truly, deeply scared.
