So far, I am enjoying the book “Matilda” because Matilda is very interesting and is always doing something new. How about you guys?

I am suprised that Bruce ate a huge chocolate cake without barfing all over the place.If you were in Bruce’s situation would you have eaten the cake? Do you think Bruce will get sick?

My 3 questions are…
Why is Matilda’S parents so mean?
I think because they do not care about her.
How can Matilda read so fast?
I think because she was born to read fast.
Is Matilda going to move up a grade?
I think she is because she knows like alot of math and reading.
My personal reaction is…
I think that Matilda is going to get magic powers and become famous. I think that because like how do you read that fast and only so young?
If i could be Matilda I do not think I could stand living like that. I would live with one of my friends if I could. Would you?

In my opinion I think this book is so awsome just like Matilda’s pranks. But I still don’t want to meet Miss Trunchbull. I would really want to meet Matilda,Lavender, and Miss Honey because they sound like nice people.
