I predict that Matilda will get in trouble because she was using her power. The reasons I predict this is that her parents are getting suspicious about Matilda and Mrs. Trunchbull will also get suspicious about Matilda when someone says no one touched it.

I think that Mrs.Trunchbull will stick to her word and make fly-paper for children. Because of the way she hates children and the way she said it.

I think that Matilda will end up in the chokey because she rased her hand when Mrs.Trunchbull asked who put the newt in her water but Mrs.Trunchbull said it was a lizard and Matilda wanted to correct her and Mrs.Trunchbull thought she put the newt in the water so she might end up in the chockey because of the hole newt thing

I think that Matilda will be put into the Chokey because The Trunchbull thinks she put the newt into her drinking water and she was furious.

I think that all the children who got harrassed by the trunchbull will gang up (including Matilda) and get rid of the trunchbull like outnumber her and throw her out of the school.

I predict that Lavender will apologize to Matilda for not speaking up when Matilda got blamed for the newt in Mrs. Trunchbull’s water because in the story it says that Lavender felt bad for Matilda for getting in trouble for something she didn’t do. Also, I think that Mrs. Trunchbull will get water for herself to be sure nothing weird is in it because in the story it says that Mrs. Trunchbull was afraid of the newt and wouldn’t want it to happen again

I predict that Matilda will use her power with her eyes against the Trunchbull!!!! Two clues that help make that pridict that is Matilda used her power to make the glass tip over and she said that she could do anything
