Dear William,
I wanted to write and tell you all about life on the praire and the family here. The praire has hard grass. The family I’m with here is great the kids are nice. They have nice neighbors.Did I tell you the names of the kids. They have a boy and a girl.Their names are Caleb the boy and Anna is the girl. I do miss the sea but its not bad without the sea.But without the sea I feel like there is no water on earth.

Dear William,
I really miss Maine, but here in Kansas everything is so nice that I am really enjoying my life on the farm. Farming is so fun and I love the two horses named old Bess and Jack. Jack is sly like me and Bess is calm. Jacob, Anna, and Calab are so helpful and kind. Here in Kansas we have squalls and I had to do a speedy quick fix on our roof. Life in the prairie is so calm and there are many beautiful flowers. At dawn the colorful sun sets to sleep and the sky has a million colors. Jacob has a barn and in there, there are sheep’s, cow, and my favorite… CHICKENS!! In winter, the freezing cold ice stays on the windows and lots of snow falls. Our next door neighbors are nice. Their names are Maggie and Matthew plus they have 2 children Rose and Violet named after flowers. Jacob also has dogs, Lottie and Nick. I learned how to plow the fields, drive a wagon, and take care of animals. I love this farm and I’m going to stay. The birds sing sweet songs in early morning. What a relaxing place. I cut Caleb’s hair for the birds. When we had a squall everyone forgot about the chicken then I got them in the rain. Jacob and I ran back. It was fun. I have decided to stay with the 3 of them.

One time I missed my grandfather. He died last year. I didn’t get to see him before he died. I was sleeping when they went. The last time I saw him was May 16, 2007. I miss him still.
I remember a storm when I was at home it was on Sunday, May 11,2008. I couldn’t go to sleep because my lights were out. It was 4:00a.m. I couldn’t go to sleep. It was as dark as it is down the road at midnight.The wild wind wouldn’t stop.
”Crash,” a huge storm came, it was a storm that was very cold. Yes, it was a snow storm right here in Galloway, NJ. The snow covered everything. Then after the storm stopped everyone came out and started to rake the snow on the top of their grass. When the town was done raking, everyone sat inside. “WWOOSSHH!”
“Bark-Bark,” yelled a German Shepherd. Then, my dog Kush went running like a cheetah. Kush was a Golden Retriever and he was 10 years old but he still liked to play. One day when we were playing, a huge truck that was bigger than the statue of liberty, came and hit him. After that, everyone didn’t eat and we were very very sad. Some day people die and some day people live but you should leave it to destiny because it’s God’s will. I don’t think any dog can replace Kush or his love for me!!
*My first word was daddy maybe because I know my dad better than my mom.
*I would like to learn how to play cricket because it will help me with baseball.
*I’m going to teach you how to run the ball in football.Step 1 hold the ball tight. Step 2 jog in place . Step 3 now jog and don’t stop. Thats how I learned to run the ball in football.

My first word was love. That why I’m lovely and kind. I learned it from my mom because she always says I LOVE YOU!!
I would like to learn how to make a car because I love to make cars. I have 112 toy cars. So, I can make one car myself like the Ferrari limo.
I would like to teach you how to play cricket. First, get a good grip of the bat. Second, put your bat on your left or right side on the ground. Then, put your eyes on the ball. At last, smack the ball with all your strength and power. YOU WON!!
You can see almost everything at the sea!For example you can see water,waves,tons of sand,and if your lucky whales.You see people there everyday.You can hear the waves,sea animals,and people.Here are something you’re going to feel.Like the sand ,and water.The are alot of thing can taste like pizzia,sand,and bad water.You can smell salt.Thats all the things I know at sea!Team 11
Have you ever gone to the beach? Well, if you haven’t, I’ll tell you a little bit about it. At the beach, you should see huge gray seagulls trying to steal chunks of food while people are relaxing or swimming in the ocean. Other people are eating ice cream, funnel cake, and more. When, I went to the beach an old crab pinched me on the side of my ankle. I yelled, “OUCH!!” When I sit on my towel I feel the warm sun on my body and I play in the sand. You should go to the beach and enjoy!
