My Prediction – I predict Zee Zee will get in contact with Hannah, and ask for a somewhat small party.  I have a feeling that Natalie from there will have to come out and tell the truth.

Event: 2) Zoe had said Letha Springfield was gonna edit Natalie’s book.

Question: 2) Do you think Natalie expected this? Why or why not? Explain.

Event: 3) “I’m not kidding, Natalie said, I do not want this lady to edit my book.

Question: 3) Why do you think Natalie said this? Why do you think she didn’t want Letha do edit it? (her book)

My Prediction – i predict Natalie and Zoe will go to an adult like Mrs. Clayton or Mr. Reisman ( Zoe’s dad) to tell whoever about all this and have whoever (maybe Mr. Reisman) help them fill out the forms and all.

My Prediction -  I predict that Hannah Nelson (Natalie’s mom) will not edit Natalie’s book because she sounded as if there was bad news when she was talking to Zee Zee (Zoe). I feel that Letha Springfield will edit it because she sounded as if she only wanted to read it because she maybe thought that if it was as good as Hannah Nelson said it was, than she just wanted to do it herself to make Hannah wish she could have done it and because, maybe Letha wanted to edit it because than it will look like she was being somewhat popular to edit a amazing book.

My Prediction – I predict that when Natalie’s Mom (Hannah) reads Natalie’s novel, she will love it just the way Ms. Clayton and Zoe did.

My Prediction – I predict that the next time Natalie, Zoe, and Ms. Clayton meet, they will come up with a plan and develop how it works and what’s supposed to happen.

       Text to Text – In the Harry Potter series, Natalie reminded me of my favorite characters, Harry’s best friend, Hermione. Both are excellent students, and both earn excellent honor grades.               

       Text to World – From what happened so far, it may be possible that a girl like Natalie may write an excellent piece like Natalie and some how get a wacky idea to get it published.                                      

         My Prediction – I predict that Natalie and Zoe will get Ms. Clayton to read Natalie’s piece and maybe have Ms. Clayton edit and publish it.       

My Question – Do you think Natalie can make a connection with other authors like Beatrix Potter, Margaret Wise Brown, Hans Christian Andersen, and others?               

I feel that Natalie can surely make a connection because when she’s reading a book and a character grab her attention and imagination, she can surely paint a picture in her mind on what happens. Especially when her dad used to read to her. He would make vocies for the characters and make the sounds for trains and animals. He would read to her with “expression.”  Where most of her attention goes on voice. It’s like talking to yourself. Ever try that? But it was more like when you’re reading you feel like you can actually hear the character’s voice, speaking to you. Sort of like when your consious is talking to you. You now, the little voice you hear when your making an important decision, its telling you which one to choice and helps you through tough times. Have you ever got that feeling? I know I have.

Prediction – I predict that Zoe will get the idea to ask Natalie to ask her mom to publish her book since on Zoe’s option it is a great book and should be published, but Natalie will probably say no because she doesn’t want to ask for any favors. Why I think this is because looking at Zoe, you can tell she likes it and she’d much rather her friend “share it to the world”  instead of just her.
